Family owned and operated, BETTY B'S JUSTIN TYME VACATION RENTALS, was designed to offer an alternative to motel lodging.  Our family has personally enjoyed the beautiful Kern River Valley for over 35 yrs. and our goal is to be able to help others enjoy their stay by sharing a little piece of the peace we have learned to treasure in Kernville and the surrounding areas.

If you are looking for a swimming pool, Jacuzzi or strangers in the next room - we aren't the place for you.

Each of our cottages have a fenced yard, private driveway & patio with Bar B Q and so completely furnished your packing will be a breeze!

Our two bedroom cottage offers a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom.  The living room offers a cozy atmosphere including a sofa and loveseat centered around a brick fireplace.  The fully equipped, full size kitchen includes a table for four.  The lovely front porch offers a pleasant setting to enjoy the view of Sirretta St., known as the "tree street" in Kernville.

Our three bedroom cottage sits off the street with a long driveway to accommodate a couple of vehicles or a trailer for your recreational toys.  The covered carport offers shade for the picnic table. 

This cottage is an original farm house moved to Kernville when Lake Isabella was created and all of "old" Kernville, fondly known as "Whiskey Flats" was moved up to today’s "new" Kernville in 1958.

Each bedroom has a theme of its own.  Two bedrooms have a full size bed and one bedroom has a queen size bed.  The living room includes a sofa, two arm chairs and a game table with four chairs.  The fully equipped full size kitchen includes a table that will seat six.  There is a screened in patio with a sofa & chair to allow the kids extra room to play or some private space for your morning devotional.

Centrally located in the heart of town, you will find yourself steps from favorite coffee shops, restaurants, taverns, shopping, the museum, adventure tours and of course great riverside fishing and parks.
