All prices include tax.  Prices are subject to change.
Weekly rates are available.

Basic rental rate for the two bedroom cottage is $135.00 per night for
two people and an extra $10 per night for each additional person.

Basic rental rate for the three bedroom cottage is $155.00 per night for
two people and an extra $10 per night for each additional person.

When you contact with details regarding your stay, we will be able to confirm pricing, availability, check in & out times and method of
payment accepted to reserve your dates.

Be sure to call early once you have a date in mind.  Our normally quite little town fills up fast during Holidays, Special Events and especially during Spring and early Summer weekends when the mighty Kern River is at it's peak for rafting.
